We got a very exciting call from our agency this morning. Very exciting. It turns out that both my little brother AND I had a baby yesterday. Go figure.
***I decided to delete this part of the post. I got nervous that I would jinx something, but I will add it back in later on in the process. But let me sum it up by saying that we have Kaz in our sights. Yay! More to come...
And I have a TON to post about this summer. I promise I will put it up soon. Feel free to harrass me if I don't.

Yay! I've been feeling bad for you because I know you were kinda expecting (no pun intended) to get another baby this summer, and summer is just about gone. I'm so excited! Hope everything progresses smoothly - and quickly!

Didn't realize you posted on the blog til I got your message. Made me cry. I am really happy for you guys. Watching you fight so hard to have the family you always wanted has been a chance for extreme personal growth for you and Peter both independently and together in your marriage. Your perserverance serves as an example to your friends andn others of overcoming obstacles in life and handling it gracefully. You guys have become family for Caroline and for me over the years (maybe cooler than family since we chose each other as friends) and today I feel like my family too got a "Little" addition too.
Caroline will be sending a Kazakh war cry out to you--a talent learned from Rinat.

Old emotional "granddaddy" has quite a few tears in his eyes too. Mer's message was the sweetest I have ever read.....matter of fact, I have a lot of tears of happiness, thankfulness, and joy. I will never ever forget waiting at Dulles for you guys to come through the doors with Rinat. Nancy was even more emotional than I was.....if you can believe that :)
What a special day it will be when Rin brings his little brother through those same doors. Have to stop now....crying harder than I was before....
